At Vlada Backdrops, each backdrop is handcrafted with care. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final, except in cases of damage or defect.

1. Damaged or Defective Items
If your backdrop arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or a refund.

2. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this, customization may begin, and cancellation may not be possible.

3. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged products.

4. Shipping Notes
- Domestic Shipping: Free ground shipping within the United States.
- International Shipping: Available upon request; shipping fees may apply and may vary by destination. Customers are responsible for customs duties or additional charges.
